1 pound white fish fillet
0.25 cup olive oil
3 tablespoon lime juice
2 clove garlic minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
0.5 teaspoon cumin

In a shallow dish, whisk together olive oil, 3 tablespoons lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add the fish fillets to the marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the fish for about 5 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Meanwhile, prepare the cilantro lime rice by mixing cooked white rice with chopped cilantro, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and salt to taste.
